Our view on food is that it should be prepared with great love and care to ensure maximum enjoyment both in our kitchen and at your table.
Food should be enjoyed, that is one thing we never compromise on. And while you enjoy we ensure that your body will get the nutrition it needs. Food should taste good and do well. We use butter and cream in our kitchen but always make sure to balance this with plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit and beneficial fibers. As often as possible we choose polyunsaturated fats; olive and rape oils, broths and consommés are all amazing and healthy taste enhancers.
Our goal is for you to have a memorable journey in the beautiful world of gastronomy – we want to give you a culinary moment of the unexpected!
At the same time we want to be careful of mother earth, the pantry where we get our remarkable raw products. Therefore we choose products with great care to ensure they are first class and delivered by qualified suppliers who operate with a sustainable environment in mind.
We filtrate our own water because we want you to be able to enjoy environment smart and healthy table water. A table water which has not been transported and with plenty of salts and minerals will add to the experience of great food and wine. We hope that you want to try our much talked about homemade bread. We make our bread every day and choose spices after spirit and season. Our own sea salt is always mixed in the same way, using Spirulina algae and herbs.
Our award winning sommelier has composed specific wine recommendations to ensure that your experience will be enhanced. After dining you can find a large and varied selection of possible enjoyments in our lobby bar.
